Since our founding in 2016 by Oliver Morrison (CEO) and Paul Halfpenny (CTO), we have dedicated ourselves to delivering exceptional digital solutions, specialising in WordPress websites.

Over the past eight years, we’ve grown into a truly global operation with a team of over 40 talented professionals. Our remote-first approach has allowed us to attract top-tier talent from around the world, fostering a diverse and inclusive culture that drives innovation.

It’s been an extremely busy year for us and we’re very proud of what we’ve accomplished since our last anniversary!

Major Milestones and Achievements

This past year has been particularly remarkable for us, marked by several significant achievements. We relaunched our innovative WordPress personalisation plugin, PersonalizeWP, making it more powerful and user-friendly. Our participation in key events such as WordCamp Europe 2024 in Italy, the AWS Summit and BIMA Roundtables has enriched our team and expanded our network.

We are also proud to have become an official HubSpot provider, enhancing our ability to deliver comprehensive digital solutions. Our dedication to the community is reflected in our collaboration with the Inside Out Community. Additionally, we were honoured as WP Engine’s EMEA Agency Partner of the Year for 2024, a testament to our excellence and leadership in the digital solutions space.

Recognition and Client Collaborations

We were thrilled to judge the BIMA Awards and even more proud to have won two BIMA 100 awards, recognising the outstanding contributions of our CTO, Paul Halfpenny, and Project Manager, Allie Tupper. We also published a variety of free business resources on key digital topics such as The Marketer’s Guide to WooCommerce and our video podcast series, UnFILTERed, available on YouTube.

In the last year, we’ve had the pleasure of working with some amazing businesses, including Homeprotect, Code Wizards, Trane UK, Bright and JD Wetherspoon. These partnerships are a testament to our commitment to delivering exceptional results and fostering long-term relationships.

With the fast paced nature of the digital space, we always make sure to take time to appreciate our achievements and our milestones, but we are definitely excited for the future!
