Having worked in agencies since he left university, Paul drives both the technical output at Filter, as well as being responsible for planning. His key strengths are quickly understanding client briefs and being able to communicate complex solutions in a clear and simple manner.

Sarah Vaughan

Sarah leads delivery at Filter, working with client stakeholders to manage digital programmes and ensure they meet the clients expectations for scope, quality, time & budget. She works to create a culture of collaboration, strong work ethics & high standards of delivery.

Si Cooke

Head of Business Development

Si has worked agency side for his entire career, delivering work across several industries. As a former designer, Si is equally at home in Digital Strategy, UX & Technical. Often the first point of contact for new clients, he’s an approachable digital professional with an open mind for business solutions.

Chris Murfin

Head of Development

Chris draws on over thirty years of software development experience working globally in manufacturing, banking, healthcare, communication, and non-profit sectors. Chris helps lead Filter’s technical approach across web and mobile platforms ensuring it aligns with the company’s strategies.

Jo Ryall

Head of Systems and Support

Jo has been working with cloud and enterprise platforms for two decades and he brings a wealth of experience in building and running complex systems. Our clients value his ability to quickly get to the fundamentals of the issue and work with our development teams to get the job done.
