New website for leading Mayfair restaurant Babbo

19 August 2019 1 min read

The restaurant was launched by Brazilian international football players Willian Borges and David Luiz, inspired by family and rooted in tradition. The vibrant Italian restaurant has grown quite a following serving old-style cocktails, traditional Italian dishes and classic desserts.

Babbo-Restaurant

With a successful year behind them, the team at Babbo wanted to ensure the website reflected the restaurants ambiance, offering and quality. They therefore sought the experience and expertise of the Filter team to redesign and rebuild their existing website.

Drawing on our extensive knowledge and know-how from across the restaurant and hospitality sector, delivering new platforms for Carluccios, Yo! Sushi, Whitbread and Wetherspoons, we were able to instantly understand each element of the project brief.

Our recommendation was to use WordPress as we felt it would effectively deliver the solution they needed and would allow us to build a new brand experience.

The new scalable, responsive website features beautiful imagery and clear navigation, making it easy for users to seek the information they need such as menus, upcoming events, and booking information.

As well as building a fantastic site for the team and customers of Babbo to use, we’ve also set up custom analytics to track key event activity across the website, to inform the business of user interest/actions.

Visit Babbo Restaurant to see for yourself.
