The Filter Team Escapes To London

As a remote-first company, many of our staff had never met face-to-face before, that’s why we recently decided to have a team-building day full of adventure in London.

A dimly lit outdoor setting with blurred human figures in the background. In the foreground, a mix of green leaves and white flowers is softly illuminated, creating a peaceful and intimate atmosphere.

As a remote-first digital technical agency, our team are based all over the UK, as well as in Amsterdam and Poland.

We definitely enjoy working remotely and the many benefits it brings, but sometimes you just can’t beat meeting up face-to-face for a bit of team-building!

We decided to take our whole team out to London for an adventure starting at The Gunpowder Plot experience, moving on to crazy golf at Swingers and then finishing with a nice relaxing meal at The Folly restaurant.

This is the first time many of our team-mates had met IRL and it was great to strengthen our collective bond as an agency.

We also invited some of our new recruits along for the ride and gave them a very warm welcome. They will be starting with us in the near future, so make sure to keep an eye on our news section for their upcoming introductory articles.

If you’d like to join the Filter family, we’re always on the lookout for talented and passionate people. You can find our current vacancies at our Careers page or by searching via LinkedIn.

To hear more from our team you can follow our company page on LinkedIn, our CTO Paul Halfpenny or our CEO Oliver Morrison.
