Meet Our New Accessibility Partners

In this article, we’ll introduce you to our trusted accessibility partners – including Web Usability and AbleDocs.

One of the benefits of being a digital agency that provides services to mid-market and enterprise businesses and organisations is that we regularly work with other specialist agencies as part of a wider marketing or IT delivery programme.

This helps both us as an agency, who are able to gain valuable insight and knowledge from working with leaders in their own area of expertise, and clients, who are able to bring together complementary service providers and ensure powerful results.

Also, due to Filter’s experience in digital, we are often asked to be the agency ‘ringleader’ in these situations where multiple agencies need to work together – a service we provide for many of our clients.

This leadership role allows us to help clients who may not have the time for agency management whilst also delivering for stakeholders within the business.

This means that we see other agencies work upfront and often we decide to continue working with, and introduce, agencies to other clients based on our understanding of their expertise and ability.

We recently went through this process with two agencies that have specialist knowledge of accessibility and usability issues, and who are able to provide further support by testing to an enhanced level, and will be recommending them to other clients in the future.

The Marketer’s Guide To Web Accessibility

We worked closely with our partners at Web Usability to put together an extensive guide. Aiming to help modern-day marketers adhere to accessibility guidelines and standards.

Web Usability are our first new partner agency. They offer a comprehensive accessibility performance check and remediation process, alongside journey mapping, real-user testing and UX services.

AbleDocs are the second partner we have chosen in the accessibility sector. They help clients with large numbers of PDF and document files that need correctly tagging and formatting for accessibility. They are a global leader in the area of accessible documents, and have their own automated document scanning platform.

If you’re a business or organisation that wants to implement an accessibility project, or is working with several agencies and needs help leading towards a successful outcome, feel free to drop us a note using hello@filteragency.com or fill in our contact form and get in touch.
