How TeamSport Are Improving Their Customer Experience

We recently had the pleasure of working with the dedicated team at TeamSport on their digital strategy and customer experience.

A laptop displays an event webpage with a header reading "Feel Like a Champion." The background features a stadium setting, emphasizing a sports-related theme.

In 2022, we started working with TeamSport, the top provider of indoor karting within the UK.

The company approached our team to discuss their digital strategy and how they could work towards their longterm goal of improving customer experience.

During the planning phase, the Filter team examined what TeamSport already had in place and discussed possible options moving forward.

This included developing user personas, creating more structured campaigns and exploring options for a Customer Data Platform which would allow for better data organisation and simplifying daily communications with automated workflows.

After working on this project together over the last few months, TeamSport now have an efficient blueprint that will enable them to deliver an optimal customer journey.

Their website now prioritises usability and communication flows which will benefit both their customers and their marketing team.
