Filter helps TeamSport to improve their customer communication

TeamSport is a top provider of indoor karting in the UK, incorporating exciting multi-level tracks and excellent customer facilities. The company was first established in 1992 and based in Guildford, Surrey and now has 35 tracks nationwide.

Providing an excellent customer experience has always been at the heart of the business, so customer communication is an important priority. TeamSport reached out to the Filter team to request support on reviewing elements of the marketing function, including the tools and data to introduce positive change to attract and retain customers.

Our experienced team has run a series of discovery workshops and is now working to deliver various beneficial actions, such as introducing a CDP (Customer Data Platform) to unify and better orchestrate automated, cross-channel customer experiences that are personalised to the individual. This foundational work will sit alongside a structured plan to develop a range of CRM-based activities and marketing campaigns.

We look forward to supporting the team at TeamSport with improving their digital performance.
