Marketing Executive

Role

As a Marketing Executive, your day to day will focus on developing and curating our online presence and expanding the agency’s profile across multiple channels. You’ll be a brand ambassador for our team and services and be willing to connect with partners and clients to tell our stories via a variety of methods. In your day-to-day role, you’ll be expected to:

  • Assist in the creation and implementation of the marketing strategy to increase brand profile and the launch of new services
  • Creating digital marketing and social content, case studies and external communications, such as email marketing campaigns
  • Expanding Filter’s profile on services such as Clutch and The Drum Recommends
  • Working with partners such as WordPress VIP, BIMA etc to create shared content and marketing campaigns
  • Researching new content ideas
  • Website content maintenance
  • Managing social media profiles and engaging with existing followers as well as increasing traffic
  • Creating and distributing analytics reports
  • Assist in the maintenance of CRM databases for marketing and lead generation

Skills, Knowledge and Experience

  • Experience working within a marketing environment
  • Experience and understanding of digital marketing services and web/app development
  • A strong team member and clear communicator
  • Can demonstrate a creative ability with enthusiasm
  • Have the the ability to deliver to agreed timescales and budgets
  • To work on several projects at the same time with the ability to prioritise
  • Have excellent organisation and administration skills
  • Knowledge of blogging and social media
  • Experience with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Canva, MailChimp and WordPress

Filter is a remote-first company, and as long as you are in the UK, we’re happy to chat. We offer assistance in working from home or remotely as part of your package.
