Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Account Manager to join our growing team, to work with clients at a strategic level to advance their digital capabilities whilst developing long-term relationships.

You will primarily be responsible for working on key client accounts, using your solid digital experience to talk with confidence about all aspects of digital marketing communication, whilst having a hands-on approach supporting with the delivery of current and upcoming projects.

This is a permanent / full-time role.

Responsibilities

We’d expect you to take on the following responsibilities in your role:

  • Work with the Client Partner on key client accounts
  • Be accountable for the day-to-day management of client relationships providing strategic input while guiding teams towards the achievement of client objectives
  • Create commercial opportunities with current clients to maximise revenue growth
  • Work closely with the senior management team to update on client relationships, project statuses and opportunities
  • Work in a team with planners, designers, developers, and project managers
  • Ensure projects are completed in line with client brief, including timeframes and budgeting
  • Assume a leading role in the review and evaluation of the quality of products/solutions delivered
  • Contribute to pitches and new business
  • Client reporting

Requirements and Skills

The right person is likely to have all these skills:

  • +2 years of experience as a Digital Account Manager
  • Commercially driven with the ability to seek out a digital opportunities
  • Impeccable knowledge of digital marketing, with a solid technical understanding
  • Experience of working on web and mobile app build projects
  • Experience of creating CRM campaigns
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Curiosity to work out how to do things differently
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ownership and pride in your performance and the company’s success
  • Brilliant networking skills, confident at developing new relationships
