With ambition for continued growth, Medivet were acutely aware of the need to upgrade the online offering to recognise their existing valued clients, whilst support the onboarding of new clients and promoting the overall brand profile.
Over the past 5 years we have been working closely with the Medivet teams to provide consultation, management guidance and technical expertise to support implementation.
Medivet invited Filter to work in tandem with another agency to review their current digital environment. As part of the combined work; customer journeys, data foundations and marketing technologies were considered to recommend a new future fit digital ecosystem for the marketing team to enhance the client experience and better deliver on business needs.
The aspiration for Medivet was to provide a customer-centric approach, placing each Medivet client at the centre of all engagements; driving seamless experiences across all channels from a single unified view of each client, presenting tailored communications on multiple channels informed by the client’s engagement and behaviours across the digital estate.
Fundamental to the foundations of an enhanced marketing operation was the implementation of the right technologies covering areas such as data management, customer relationship management, client data and digital experience platforms; as well as communication delivery, social management and business intelligence tools.
Further to defining the current data infrastructure, systems, processes, and capabilities; Filter set about developing a roadmap which included a recommended approach with a suggested investment breakdown for the implementation of the required systems, the creation of appropriate roles within the organisation and the design and roll out of mechanisms to deliver the marketing vision.
The new website was launched using the Episerver Digital Experience Cloud™, a market-leading web content management system and digital marketing suite, which consistently ranks in the Gartner Magic Quadrant and as a Leader in Forrester Wave reports.
New comms email and SMS capabilities are now in place through the DotDigital platform and CPaaS, driven from a central data mart fully integrated with key business systems, providing marketing automation and real time insights.
Furthermore, Sprout Social has been implemented to allow for co-ordinated distribution, monitoring and measurement of communications across core social channels for all business profiles.
