The Challenge

Medivet invited Filter to work in tandem with another agency to review their current digital environment.

The combined work considered customer journeys, data foundations and marketing technologies to recommend a new future-fit digital ecosystem for the marketing team.

The aspiration was to provide a customer-centric approach, placing each Medivet client at the centre of all engagements while driving seamless experiences across all channels from a single unified view.

Our Approach

We developed a comprehensive digital roadmap that included recommended approach with suggested investment breakdown for implementing required systems, creating appropriate organisational roles and designing rollout mechanisms to deliver the marketing vision.

Fundamental to the enhanced marketing operation was implementing the right technologies covering data management, customer relationship management, client data and digital experience platforms, plus communication delivery, social management and business intelligence tools.

New email and SMS capabilities are now in place through DotDigital platform and CPaaS, driven from a central data mart fully integrated with key business systems, providing marketing automation and real-time insights. Sprout Social has been implemented for coordinated distribution, monitoring and measurement across core social channels for all business profiles.
