Medivet is a leading veterinary care provider with an ambition for continued growth. They were acutely aware of the need to upgrade their online offering to recognise their existing valued clients while supporting new client onboarding.

 

The project required developing a future-fit platform ready for increased personalisation, CRM and external integration, alongside a successful migration from their existing Umbraco site during a company rebrand.

Corporate Website Development with Enterprise CMS

Medivet needed to upgrade its corporate website to support continued growth with a future-fit platform ready for personalisation and CRM integration.

 

Filter recommended and implemented Episerver Content Cloud (now Optimizely) as a central content hub, coinciding with refreshed branding to create a refined user experience.

 

The result is a high-performing platform that places Medivet clients at the heart of all interactions while supporting ongoing development roadmap coordination. While the full vision hasn’t yet come to fruition, the platform is scalable to be able to grow with them in the immediate and possibly in the future.

Episerver fitted the brief as a central content hub that could provide AI-powered customer-centric experiences, delivering content to future apps and Medivet’s bespoke reminders service.

Key to the work was successful migration from their existing Umbraco site while retaining search profile during company rebrand rollout.

Our Approach

The development coincided with refreshed branding, enabling the design team to create a more refined front-end experience with whitespace and hand-drawn illustrations providing feelings of safety and personality.

Strong focus was placed on search optimisation with clean templating for improved readability and integrated metadata for search engines.
