Empower Up is a not-for-profit, industry-led initiative supported and funded by UK games industry trade body UKIE’s #RaiseTheGame initiative and specialist games recruitment agency Amiqus, which aims to equip organisations of all sizes with the resources, knowledge and frameworks they need to establish, improve or grow their ED&I policies, practices and processes.
