The Challenge

Fundraising Everywhere had outgrown its WordPress Elementor-built platform. Internal teams spent time working around technical limitations, while clunky UX frustrated users.

Memberships and ticket sales were all harder than they needed to be.

Having experienced poor service with past agencies, their co-founders were determined to find a reliable partner who could deliver both technical expertise and ongoing support.

Our Approach

We adopted a two-phase plan to balance immediate improvements with long-term stability.

First, an optimisation phase, building on their current website delivered targeted UX/UI and performance enhancements to improve the buyer journey.

We then progressed to a full platform rebuild, introducing a fresh, user-friendly design and moving the site into the WordPress Block Editor for flexible content management.

This was supported by integrations with Salesforce CRM to centralise member management and WooCommerce to handle eCommerce elements like invoicing and event registration.

Results

The new platform went live in August 2025 and is already showing early signs of improvement, particularly in smoother user journeys and streamlined workflows.

The simplified buyer journey makes it easier for users to purchase tickets and memberships, boosting conversions.

The Salesforce and WooCommerce integrations have reduced admin time by aligning key workflows, while the Block Editor has given Fundraising Everywhere’s team the flexibility to manage and expand their content on their own.

With a Continuous Improvement retainer in place, the platform is well-positioned to evolve along with the organisation’s future ambitions.
