An SEO-led Global Website Redesign and Build

MCS Rental Software is a global provider of rental and asset management solutions, looking to accelerate international expansion, especially in the US.

 

Following a technical and content audit by our SEO-agency partner SERPS Invaders, a completely new digital platform was necessary to execute an effective SEO strategy and improve the user experience.

 

We collaborated closely with both MCS and SERPS Invaders to create a solution aligning UX best practices with SEO, scalability and marketing automation for long-term digital growth.

The Challenge

The previous website showcased important product and sector content but struggled to rank well in search or support effective user journeys. The site relied heavily on stock imagery and presented content in dense, difficult-to-digest format.

The CMS presented major limitations for content creators, making updates and localisation difficult. With global ambitions requiring content in nine languages across 29 solution areas and 15 sectors, MCS needed a scalable, multilingual framework to avoid missing international market opportunities.

Our Approach

Filter began with comprehensive Discovery, analysing current website structure and performance, mapping competitor strategies and gathering stakeholder insights. We implemented WPML for multilingual content delivery, enabling automated and human translation across nine languages.

SearchWP Pro with Live Ajax Search was integrated to improve discoverability using fuzzy matching and synonym detection. The site integrates seamlessly with HubSpot for lead segmentation, while PersonalizeWP delivers personalised content and lead scoring to help prioritise high-value prospects.

While full impact will be measurable post-launch, the site meets Google’s Core Web Vitals benchmarks for performance, responsiveness and visual stability. Early indicators suggest faster load times, improved mobile usability and enhanced engagement through better navigation and search.

SearchWP and PersonalizeWP implementation has begun delivering user behaviour data, empowering MCS to refine content strategy, while HubSpot integration provides sales and marketing teams with better lead quality and content performance insights.
