123Dentist is one of Canada’s largest dental networks, with hundreds of clinics across the country, providing trusted care to local communities. Their network continues to grow, strengthening relationships with partner clinics and building their reputation as a reliable brand for patients seeking high-quality dental care.
To support this growth, 123Dentist needed a multilingual digital platform (English & French) that could match their ambition: scalable, user-focused and designed to attract, engage and convert patients while reinforcing their presence in local communities.
Building a Patient-Centric WordPress Platform for 123Dentist
Filter partnered with 123Dentist to design and build a scalable, future-ready website that fuels growth, strengthens brand trust, and delivers patients a seamless journey from discovery through to booking.
The new platform combines advanced search and filtering powered by ElasticPress, geolocation for personalised and localised results, integrated clinic data, and appointment booking, all available across two-sites, in both English and French.
These features work together to create a smooth, intuitive patient experience, while personalisation and accessibility tools ensure the platform is inclusive, engaging, and ready to support 123Dentist’s continued growth.

Patient-first, community-oriented, scalable platform improving clinic discovery and booking with geolocation, advanced filtering and reliable data integrations through Microsoft Dynamics
123Dentist needed a website that could better attract and convert patients while strengthening its reputation as a trusted healthcare network.
The new platform had to provide a reliable experience for users, from finding a nearby clinic to completing a booking, while integrating with centralised data to ensure information remained accurate.
Scalability was a priority, as the solution needed to support continued growth and work seamlessly across languages, audiences and devices.
We began with a Discovery Phase, combining stakeholder workshops, analytics reviews and persona development to define the blueprint for the new site. Our design team then created high-fidelity concepts with a focus on the ‘Find a Dentist’ journey and clinic profile pages, ensuring clarity and conversion at every step.
From a technical perspective, we used MaxMind for geolocation to personalise clinic results, we powered search with ElasticPress and enabled direct booking, all underpinned by accurate data integrations.
Google Maps improved location and clinic display and visibility, while WPML allowed for the site to be displayed in both English and French.
To future-proof the platform, we integrated PersonalizeWP and Filter AI, giving 123Dentist advanced tools for personalisation and content optimisation.
Although the website has only just launched, the immediate outcome is a patient-first platform designed to drive engagement, trust and conversion.
