We’ve been hard at work on version 1.2 and this update brings a host of improvements designed to make your life (or your clients’ lives) easier.

From seamless SEO generation to smarter ALT text and brand control, this is our biggest release so far and we can’t wait for you to try it.

Here’s what’s new:

Yoast SEO Meta Titles and Descriptions

Our most requested feature is finally here. You can now generate SEO Titles and Meta Descriptions directly within Filter AI, with full integration into Yoast SEO.

You’ll get a selection of title options and a generated meta description—and when you apply them, they’re automatically embedded into Yoast for you.

Need to update multiple pages? We’ve added a batch tool that works just like our ALT text generation so you can streamline your workflow even further.

If you’ve been paying for Yoast Premium just for this feature, or frequently switching your licence between domains, this release is made for you. Filter AI works on as many sites as you want, for free.

Brand Voice

It’s important that AI-generated content sounds like you. With this release, you can now set a global prompt for your brand tone of voice.

That prompt will feed into all background instructions we send to your chosen AI platform so every piece of content is aligned with your style.

Stop Words

We’ve added a new prompt setting where you can add specific words or phrases you don’t want to see in your content.

On our own site, we chose “fostering” as our first stop word (we’ve just seen it too many times). What will you block first?

ALT Text on Upload

You’ve already been able to use Filter AI to add ALT text to existing images but now, we’re generating ALT text automatically for new images as they’re uploaded. It’s one less thing to remember, and a big win for accessibility.

A computer screen shows a text editing interface with toggle options for expanding, condensing, and summarizing text. A zoomed-in section highlights the "Setup Stop Words" feature, allowing users to add specific words or phrases to exclude.
