Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Optimizely Developer to join our development team, to support the delivery of current and upcoming projects.

You will primarily be responsible for back-end development, with an expectation that you have a strong understanding of the latest industry technologies and trends.

This is a permanent / full-time role or long-term contract.


We’d expect you to take on the following responsibilities in your role:

  • Take responsibility of a key client website
  • Work in a team with developers and project managers
  • Ensure the technical feasibility and smooth development of projects
  • Design and implement new features and functionality
  • Build reusable code and libraries for future use
  • Optimise websites for maximum speed and scalability
  • Keep abreast of latest and emerging technologies
  • Make suggestions for better solutions to problems
  • Collaborate with other team members and stakeholders

Requirements and Qualifications

The right person is likely to have all these skills:

  • +5 years of experience as a Optimizely developer
  • Optimizely certification
  • Thorough understanding of Optimizely DXP platform’s standard integration architecture and data elements
  • Proven track record in delivering complex and large-scale integration websites
  • Strong understanding of .Net back-end development
  • Practical experience with HTML, CSS, and Javascript
  • Experience in interacting with APIs
  • Experience of multi-lingual setup and deployments
  • Excellent verbal communication skills
  • Comfortable talking to customers
  • Good time-management skills
  • Ownership and pride in your performance and the company’s success
