Job Description

We are looking for a talented and experienced Business Analyst to support with the delivery of WordPress and Mobile Application builds.

This is a permanent / full-time role.

Responsibilities

We’d expect you to take on the following responsibilities in your role:

  • Working directly with clients/stakeholders to understand and document their functional and non-functional requirements
  • Confident to lead meetings and workshops to elicit those requirements
  • Solid understanding of UX principles
  • Experience in customer persona development
  • Expertise in website CMS configuration – with detailed knowledge of WordPress
  • Ability to identify and assess risks within digital projects
  • Plan and prioritise feature backlogs
  • Translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteria with supporting use cases, process flow diagrams
  • Work with development team to define the technical solution to meet the requirements
  • Run sprint planning sessions with development teams to size and sequence development tasks
  • Hands on QA testing
  • Defect triage
  • In-depth knowledge of Agile and Waterfall processes and principles
  • Outstanding communication, presentation, organisational and time management skills
  • Detail oriented with sharp analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Previous experience as a Business Analyst for at least 3 years
  • Previous experience working on website and mobile application projects
  • Previous experience working for an agency would be an advantage
